Lauren Bronzan

With more than 15 years in nursing, she has built her career at the intersection of clinical excellence, operational grit, and a patient-first heart. She started in the ICU and ER, where you learn fast how to keep a steady hand in chaos and spot problems before they become emergencies. But over time, she found herself frustrated by seeing the same disease processes repeat without real resolution. She wanted to be part of care that helped people feel better long-term—not just get them through the moment.

That search led Lauren to Integrative & Functional Medicine, where she trained under Dr. Mitch Ghen and witnessed the transformative impact of root-cause, whole-person care. It shifted how she thought about health—and what clinics need to deliver it well. Armed with that perspective, Lauren went on to help manage and scale integrative and functional medicine practices, building strong nursing teams, tightening safety & compliance, and developing practical systems that let providers focus on what matters most: their patients. Along the way, she also became deeply embedded in the supply chain realities of the industry, solving for the constant challenges that affect access, consistency, and care delivery.

Lauren’s path eventually brought her to Dr. Haas—CMO & Owner of Vyve Wellness in Charlotte, NC and CMO of Infusive—who saw both her strong clinical foundation and her love of supply chain, process development, compliance, and education. As Lead Nurse for Vyve, Lauren helped scale clinical operations and manage supply chain challenges. After that chapter, she transitioned to Infusive and took on the role of Director of Supply Chain where she has had the privilege of developing the Supply Chain function from the ground up. Lauren leads with a proactive, plan-for-the-worst mindset, building strong vendor partnerships, negotiating strategic contracts, and creating resilient processes to solve the supply chain issues that shape the industry. That approach proved vital during the 2024 fluid crisis, when her team’s preparation and relationships ensured every Infusive client stayed supplied and supported.

Today, Lauren is proud to lead a talented team that blends logistics precision with people first care. She also takes the lead in compliance education for Infusive, helping physicians and nurses navigate compliance successfully. She stays closely connected to the clinics, spas, and the nurses Infusive serves, because the best decisions come from understanding what they’re facing on the ground. Whether she’s strengthening vendor relationships or refining systems for the next industry disruption, her goal is the same: advocate for clients, remove supply chain barriers, and help deliver reliable support—so providers can keep doing the work that changes lives. Outside of work, she’s teaching CPR, IV Workshops, and stays grounded through volunteer building efforts to keep connected to the bigger “why” behind everything we do.
